For my birthday dinner I made salmon – one of my favorites! We also had corn on the cob and green beans. The salmon recipe is a quick and easy one!
Ginger Sesame Salmon
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Combine all ingredients except salmon. Brush Salmon on both sides with Ginger Sesame mixture.
Place salmon onto foil lined sheet pan. Bake in pre-heated 375 F° oven for 15 – 20 minutes until salmon flakes with fork.
