We went to see this tonight ….during the first half hour Michael kept saying the next movie we saw would be sci-fi or a thriller! It picked up after a bit and the whole theater was laughing, including Mike!

The Meaning of Food & Vatel

We watched these shows last night. The Meaning of Food discusses the relationship between food and culture. It was good, but a bit slow moving. Vatel was interesting, but tragic in the end.

We saw this movie last night. It was great – I own all of the cookbooks mentioned in the movie! When Andrew was little, I had hoped to cook my way through Julia’s book. Unfortunately, I never got around to it!

Michael and I watched this French film last night. The actor who played the grumpy old man was perfect in his role. The story reminded us of the Czech film Kolya.
